The dust is sticky and without the precoating material forming a protective layer on the filter, the surface would stick very quickly. The Multicoater is a pneumatically operated dosing device and is usually operated with inert gas. It consists of a template container including control and conveying technology and is filled via a loading opening in the housing cover. The dosage is done via an injector pressure pump with a flow rate of 1.3kg/min.
