ITALMEC TSR 300/1+6 wire drawing line was built in 2020 in Poland by EJP Italmec Sp. z o.o. The purpose of the line is to reduce the diameter of various types of wire, i.e. steel wire or welding wire, by pulling it through a series of rollers. This process is performed fully automatically, thanks to the use of two additional devices – a wire pay-off and a wire coiler. The wire drawing line consists of the following parts: 1. ITALMEC TSR 300/1+6 wire drawing machine 2. ITALMEC SB2C vertical static wire pay-off with compensator 3. WWM TS 560/8-1 wire drawing machine was built in 2014 in Italy by WWM Technology Srl (now EJP Italmec Sp. z o.o.). The machine is used in the process of reducing the diameter of various types of wire by pulling it through a series of rollers. Once reduced to the appropriate diameter, the wire is confectioned directly onto a carousel or stand. The wire drawing line consists of the following machines: 1. WWM TS 560/8-1 wire drawing machine 2. WWM SV5 vertical static wire pay-off 3. WWM DSM 01 mechanical descaler 4.
