A cardboard stand for pre-glued cardboard tubes and an associated carton sealer are sold. The system was only serviced and some things were renewed by the manufacturer because the purchase of the new line was questionable. For sale is a used Schäfer & Flottmann tray erector with lateral insertion function for package inserts, package products such as e.g. Flower seed bags, etc., which are placed at the bottom of the tray. The tray is previously covered with an adhesive and can thus be fixed to the bottom of the tray. A vision system from Keyence uses the camera to check whether the products used have been positioned correctly. If not, the tray is ejected. In one of the following stations, products can either be inserted laterally or the tray is formed into an open tray. The Schäfer & Flottmann has run little and is in very good condition. There were 2 systems in stock and one of them has already been sold. There is a very extensive spare parts package worth about 150,000 € for the system

For sale is a used SOMIC packaging system with 2 fan conveyors (=2 formats). Tubular bags were packed, but other products that arrive horizontally from an infeed conveyor can also be packed. The Somic has a height-adjustable levelling belt where the contents of the tubular bags can be distributed before packaging. Somic had worked with Elau technology in the control area and Elau discontinued these servos and controllers. The Somic can be equipped with new Siemens control technology 1500 and undergo a general overhaul.
