This labelling station is fully automatic 4-Station Self-Adhesive
Rotary Labeller for Glass and PET Bottles. The P.E. Labellers MASTER
1120-20T is a fully automatic rotary modular labelling machine
manufactured in 2012, built on their MASTER / Modula SL planform. and
it has labelling capacity 27000 bph. Bottle plates are rotated with
servo motors.
It is configured with a 1120 mm central rotary carousel, 20 bottle
plates, and 4 installed self-adhesive, pressure-sensitive labelling
stations, making it suitable for the application of front, back, neck
and additional decorative or promotional labels in a single pass,
depending on bottle format and tooling. The machine is especially
suitable for bottling lines requiring flexible multi-label
application, accurate label placement and fast changeovers between
bottle formats or SKUs.
The machine has a stainless-steel rotary construction, guarded central
carousel, modular labelling stations arranged around the carousel
perimeter, and an integrated operator control panel. It is designed
for use on beverage packaging lines handling beer, soft drinks, water,
cider, RTD beverages and other bottled products where reliable
self-adhesive label application is required.
