Optima/alpha pack complete production and packaging line for ELISA
test kits, comprising Optima ImmuCoat coating system for the
manufacture of 96-well microtitre plates for ELISA tests, B&R machine
control with touchscreen control panel. Operation and process steps:
1. Feeding and preparation: Microtiter plates are automatically
removed from destackers and transferred to the transport system. 2.
Deionisation: To eliminate static charges, the plates are deionised,
which is crucial for uniform coating. 3. Coding: Each plate is
assigned a unique serial number, which is recorded in the system
control for quality control purposes. Keyence printer. 4. Coating: The
system precisely dispenses the biological components (such as
antibodies or proteins) into the wells of the 96-well plate. The
system can coat up to 1.200 plates per hour. 5. Product selection: The
system allows the use of up to 12 base stations for different
applications. Optima ImmuFill filling and capping machine for plastic
