The line is designed for applying a six-color coating to the base with
final packaging in consumer rolls. Non-woven or paper material can be
used as a base, as well as other types of bases upon agreement with
the manufacturer of the equipment. This equipment can produce the
following groups of wallpaper: foamed vinyl in widths of 0.53 m and
1.06 m on paper and non-woven bases also paintable wallpaper. The line
can be upgraded to produce an additional group of wallpapers – hot
embossing (silkscreen printing). The manufacturing plant (Olbrich GmbH
& Co, Germany) develops a project for installing a calender zone in
this line upon individual request.
