The line is designed for applying a seven-color coating to the base
with final packaging in consumer rolls. Non-woven or paper material
can be used as a base, as well as other types of bases upon agreement
with the manufacturer of the equipment. This equipment can produce the
following groups of wallpaper: foamed vinyl, paintable wallpaper in
widths of 0.53 m and 1.06 m on paper and non-woven bases. The line can
be upgraded to produce an additional group of wallpapers - hot
embossing (silk-screen printing). Upon individual request, the
manufacturer (Olbrich GmbH&Co, Germany) develops a project for
installing a calendering zone in this line.
