OASI robotic material handling system. S (Open Automation Systems
Integrator Server) for automatic loading and unloading of intravenous
drip bags and trays.
This system is designed to transport filled intravenous drip bags from
the cleanroom, load and position drip bags into trays using a pick and
place robot, stack trays on a pallet, as well as move pallets with
empty trays to and from cells. The system consists of connecting
conveyors, a 'clean' station with a delta robot, a robotic loading
station (delta and 4-axis robot), an unloading station (2x 4-axis
robot).
