NUGA NBS Silo (Screw Discharge Silo)
The NUGA NBS Silo is designed for intermediate storage of
difficult-flowing materials such as film flakes, fibers, monofilaments
and multifilaments. Its horizontal design, combined with single or
twin discharge screws and a dedicated anti-bridging agitator, ensures
reliable discharge of both wet and dry materials. Unlike conventional
vertical silos, the NBS minimizes power consumption and mechanical
complexity while providing efficient storage, material homogenization
and continuous process operation.

NUGA NBB Silo (Push Bar Silo)
The NUGA NBB Silo utilizes an innovative push-bar conveying system for
highly efficient storage and discharge of lightweight, bulky and
difficult-flowing materials. Special hinged conveying elements move
material forward while minimizing reverse movement, resulting in
smooth discharge and up to 70% lower energy consumption compared to
conventional walking-floor systems. The modular design allows storage
capacities from 6 to 300 m³ and can be expanded even after
installation.
