guarantees maximum production for any type of capsule applied, as in
addition to the single-cap distribution, a 3-4-head turret is
installed which is able to obtain the best smoothing quality without
decreasing the production speed of the machine. The monoblock is
therefore composed of: Single cap vending machine suitable for shrink
capsules, polylaminate in tin and aluminum and sparkling wine for
productions from a minimum of 900 B / H to a maximum of 3,500 B / H.
Very simple in mechanical construction and in its maintenance, being
all its mechanical parts in motion, mounted on sealed bearings. 3 or 4
heads turret in the snare only, sparkling only solution or in the
snare + sparkling wine combination. Frame completely covered in
stainless steel, gearmotor with inverter, electrical panel and safety
guards in stainless steel; all protected and easily accessible. An
incoming auger, detector for checking the presence of the cap in the
bottle and a standard PLC.
