This Combined GEA VT 10 pasteuriser with Seital Cream Separator was
used on Cheese and Fresh milk products. This is ideal for a
small/medium sized dairy wanting to move away from manual cleaning
separators and Bach Pasteurization process gaining time, efficiency
and product quality . Having a cream separator opens new markets for
the dairy such as butter, cream, clotted cream, skimmed milk and zero
fat milk products are some of the opportunities.
