MAZAK NEXUS 510C-II CNC machining center was built in 2007 in the UK
by YAMAZAKI MAZAK U.K. LTD. The machine, distinguished by its high
reliability, efficiency and precision, is used for advanced machining
of workpieces with a maximum weight of 1200 kg. The machining process
is performed inside a large work space by means of a high-speed
spindle and cutting tools taken from a 30-position magazine. Any
vibrations and oscillations are offset by the extremely rigid bed,
which ensures the best process stability during even the most intense
challenges. The MAZAK VCN 510C-II CNC vertical machining center is
offered equipped with an intelligent CNC control and a KITAGAWA rotary
