The Mazak INTEGREX 200-IV S is a multi-tasking CNC turning and milling
center with a second/sub-spindle. The S” indicates the sub-spindle,
allowing complete machining of both sides of a workpiece in a single
setup.
Typical specifications include a maximum machining diameter
of approximately 660 mm, a machining length of around 995 mm, and
X/Y/Z travels of approximately 580 / 160 / 1,045 mm. The machine
features a B-axis milling head, a main spindle and sub-spindle up to
approximately 5,000 rpm, and a milling spindle typically capable of
12,000 rpm. It normally uses Capto C6 tooling and is often equipped
with a 40-position automatic tool changer.
Machines manufactured
around 2006–2010 are commonly equipped with the Mazatrol Matrix CNC
control.
The INTEGREX 200-IV S is designed for complete machining
of complex components, combining turning, milling, drilling, tapping
and 5-axis positioning in one machine. This significantly reduces the
number of setups and eliminates the need to move components between
separate turning and milling machines.
