MATEC gear pumps are very precisely made of high-quality material. The
pumps have been specially designed for
the promotion of gel-like media of the pharmaceutical and food
supplement industry in the viscosity area 2500-4000 MPas developed.
The slanted gears guarantee a quiet, pulsation-free and precise
transport. With the help of frequency converters, the flow rate can be
adjusted exactly to the current demand and the motor can be controlled
from normal 50 Hz frequency down to 1 Hz or up to over 80 Hz. The
almost leak-free operation allows an exact dosing conveying without
empty pump operation. This preserves the quality of the medium.
