ERMAK RPP 1270X30 punching machine was built in 2013 in Turkey by
ERMAKSAN MAKINA SANAYI VE TIC. AŞ. The machine, which is
distinguished by its high productivity and precision, is used in the
machining of thin sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 6.35 mm. All
machining processes are performed on a large brush table by a reliable
working head, which operates with a maximum force of 30 tonnes. The
brush table prevents scratches and nicks on the sheet metal surface
during material feed, and also significantly reduces noise level. All
this is complemented by a FANUC CNC control with an intuitive
interface that allows advanced machining programmes to be created in
just a few steps. The ERMAK RPP 12730 CNC punching machine weighs
11000 kg.
