Ingot Teeming Stages (3) in PitBay area.
Includes Stock Storage and Rollover Gates on one stage.
Ingot Heading-up Stage including Rollover Gate (separate to above).
Ladle slide-gate cassette hydraulic control units (3 + 1 spare).
Ladle to trumpet shrouding (argon).
Ingots - all degassed and bottom poured (uphill teeming) with high
quality mould flux, for superior surface and internal quality.
Produce round, square, and fluted ingots (4t to 37t, up to 56t).
Mould sizes (ingot types) include 475R, 600S, 700S, 530FL, 880F, 950F,
1080F, 1250F, 1300F, 1500F, 700RL, 700RS.
Scrap boxes (large fleet) and Scrap Box Formers (4 wear + 1 permanent
lining).
Ironware - trumpets, H5563285 extensions, top and bottom plates
(large fleet of 1 to 10 way mould configurations – stock list
available).
Auxiliary equipment - runner poles and racks (2), lifting chains,
chain boxes, crane box (extensive lifting equipment).
Mould Brush Assemblies (2) – 475R moulds, etc..
