LVD PPED 135/30 CNC hydraulic press brake was built in 2024 in Belgium
by LVD Company nv. The machine, distinguished by its robust design,
excellent precision and high press force of 135 tonnes, is the best
choice for cost-effective sheet metal machining. The machining process
is performed by a bending beam, which is driven by a powerful
servo-controlled hydraulic system. To ensure reliable and long-lasting
operation, the hydraulic system uses components made of high-quality
steel billet, as well as hardened and precisely finished pistons.
The machine’s design, in turn, is based on a stress-relieved, welded
one-piece frame. The use of this solution guarantees the highest
possible stability during even the most intensive challenges. All work
programmes are created using the TOUCH-B graphic controller with its
intuitive interface and touchscreen. It allows, among others, the
creation of 2D drawings and the execution of 3D simulations, ensuring
that the full potential of the machine is exploited. Throughout its
service life, the machine has worked approximately 1000 hours. The
PPED 135/30 CNC press brake weighs 7800 kg.
