Krones Wet Aseptic PET Bottle Filling Line – 36,000 bph (500 ml)
The Krones wet aseptic filling line is designed for the production of
carbonated and still beverages, including soft drinks and juices,
using a wet aseptic process. The line supports flexible bottle formats
of 0.33 L, 0.5 L, 1.0 L, and 1.5 L, with a maximum output of 36,000
bottles per hour at the 0.5 L format.
The system is compatible with 28 mm closures, including PCO 1810 flat
caps and sport caps, ensuring high hygiene standards and reliable,
high-quality filling performance.
The line is complete and was originally installed by Krones in 2009.
In 2016, the line was upgraded with a KHS Blowmax stretch blow molder
and a Krones Modulpal palletizer. The line has been continuously
serviced by Krones and is currently in very good condition.
