The complete conveyor technology is from CSF.
The control system of all system components including a visualization,
all control cabinets, all FUs and many other components have been
completely renewed in the last 5-7 years.
The plant was decommissioned in Q1-2025, but can be restarted at any
time if necessary.
All system components are on standby and can be immediately put into
operation and presented to a potential interested party.
The system has one hand and two automatic cabs.
The complete part size 7000x2300x800 mm can be moved and coated across
all cabins.
The system is designed in such a way that all 3 cabins can coat at the
same time.
Hanger throughput approx. 14 P51264243 hangers per hour
Water dryers as well as powder dryers are each heated indirectly via
an oil-air heat exchanger.
The system has no maintenance backlog and has been regularly
maintained by our own maintenance staff and the manufacturing
companies.
A viewing is possible at any time by arrangement.
