A nice Koppens spiral freezer. Model SVR600/20-50-82 with a product
capacity of maximum 2.000 kg/h. In/outfeed configuration is
North/South. Infeed height = 860mm, outfeed height = 2940mm. Belt
rotation is Clock Wise, belt width gross = 660mm, belt width net =
585mm, max product height = 45mm, numbers of tiers = 20 tiers. Belt
mesh width = 6mm. This Koppens spiral freezer has been well maintained
and is in good condition. The freezer is executed with a S.S. control
box(with Danfoss inverter), three/six ventilators, Hot-gas defrost.

We can deliver this spiral freezer with a complete ammonia pump
circulation system with 115 kW cooling capacity at -35/+40°C (product
number M24-6….). This would be enough capacity for 1.000 kg/h of
product. (three fan configuration).
