Concrete spreader with crane bridge
Intended use:
The concrete spreader is designed for loading formwork pallets with
concrete. Concrete of the propagation masses F1-F5 can be
processed.

Longitudinal landing gear:
The longitudinal chassis is a welded steel construction and is
equipped with 4 impellers, 2 of which are driven by gearboxes.
The power supply is via a Vahle rail (Vahle rail not included)
Transverse landing gear:
The transverse landing gear is a welded steel construction and is
equipped with 4 impellers. The transverse landing gear moves on the
longitudinal landing gear, while the transverse landing gear contains
the carriage guide for lowering the bucket to pick up concrete.
Bucket:
Two sleds are screwed to the bucket, in the sled are the hydraulic
cylinders for lowering the bucket (1,250 mm) for filling with
concrete. The bucket is filled via a funnel attached to the side. In
the lower area of the bucket there are two inspection and cleaning
flaps.
Tractor:
The spiked roller is driven by an adjustable hydro motor. This allows
them to be used both as a dosing aid and against "bridging". RPM and
RPM are at the controls
Slide valve:
Consists of 12 sliders that can be operated individually or in three
groups. The opening/closing is done via hydraulic cylinders.
150 mm discharge width per slide, total discharge width of 1,800 mm
The flow rate can be adjusted K51227004 via an additional cylinder
(adjustment range from 35 mm – 110 mm)
