The machine is suitable facilities and construction for mass editing of non-ferrous metals and is the predecessor of KASTOwa M9 KASTOspeed M9.
The saw line is currently in preliminary line status and can be visited only in original condition without function. The plant will be located after overhaul (retrofit) in like new condition, which is also guaranteed by our House.

The machine will be overhauled on request in our House. Among other things, following points are renewed:

-New PLC control Siemens S7
-Conversion to Siemens HMI
-Conversion to fully electronic section length choice (optional)
-New electric components
-New pneumatic lines
-Reconditioned or replacement of pneumatic components
-New hydraulic lines
-Reconditioned or substitute of all hydraulic components
-Overhaul Menzel minimal lubrication system
-Replacing common wear parts
-Overhaul of the loader
-Addition of the safety concept

The machine is equipped with:

-Anti-slip L4440598 magazine for 4 m rods (optional 6 m)
-Material supply unit hydraulic

Warranty:
We take for our systems, unless otherwise agreed, a 6 month warranty on all refurbished by us or exchanged parts. Working time, as well as wearing parts are excluded from the warranty.

-Conversion to manualy trapezoidal spindle stroke 0-800 mm
