The machine is equipped as standard with a motorized 6-fold turret
head (3 penetration bodies, laser positioning system and 2 lenses with
ring light). The video measuring system with 18-MP video camera
delivers excellent images, the automatic evaluation of the
Brinell-Calotte impression is extremely fast and very precise.
With this fully automatic hardness tester, only START has to be
operated after the focus: The impression and the evaluation are fully
automatic. At the touch of a button, a test certificate is
automatically generated.
The IMPRESSION™ hardness test software with digital zoom function,
offers numerous functions for converting Brinell hardness results into
other hardness scales or tensile strength.
