# Industrial Double-Effect Vacuum Evaporation Plant for Botanical
Extract Concentration – 3,060 kg/h
Overview
Complete industrial double-effect vacuum evaporation plant
manufactured by INDETEC, S.L. – Grupo Vento, designed for the
concentration of botanical and plant extracts using falling-film
evaporation technology.
The installation integrates two tubular falling-film evaporators, a
tubular pasteurisation stage, separation vessels, a vertical surface
condenser, heat recovery equipment, process pumps, a liquid-ring
vacuum pump, auxiliary tanks, instrumentation and an automated control
and monitoring system.
The double-effect configuration is designed to concentrate liquid
products by evaporating water under vacuum conditions, using thermal
energy efficiently across the evaporation stages. The system also
incorporates heat recovery through plate heat exchangers to preheat
the incoming product.
According to the available technical documentation, the installation
has a nominal processing capacity of 3,060 kg/h. Actual production
rates depend on the composition, initial concentration, target
concentration, viscosity and thermal characteristics of the processed
material.
The equipment is offered as one complete industrial installation,
including the visible process equipment, associated pipework,
electrical controls, platforms, access ladders, structural supports
and accessories belonging functionally to the plant.
The installation is currently located in Vícar, Almería, Spain.

The installation is sold installed and in its current location.
The purchaser is responsible for all costs, resources and risks
associated with disconnection, draining, cleaning, dismantling,
preparation, lifting, extraction, loading and removal.
A site-specific dismantling plan must account for the height and
vertical configuration of the evaporation equipment, including the
sequential removal of platforms, access ladders, support structures,
tubular evaporators, separation vessels, condenser, tanks, pumps and
pipework.
All relevant product, steam, condensate, vacuum, cooling-water,
