MITSUI SEIKI HR6A CNC machining center was built in 1984 in Japan by MITSUI SEIKI KOGYO CO., LTD. The machine is designed for precision milling, threading and boring of oversized workpieces with a maximum weight of 2 tonnes. All these machining processes are performed fully automatically, thanks to the use of an automatic pallet exchange system. This system allows workpieces to be loaded and unloaded simultaneously during machining, thus increasing production efficiency and significantly reducing machine downtime.
