The planetary mixer RWH200 is a mixing system in which eccentrically
running mixing tools rotate once around their own axis and
additionally around the container axis in the vertically arranged
mixing container (exchange container). At the same time, a container
scraper (optionally mountable) rotates in the container.
The entire mixing drive can be hydraulically powered up in order to
extend and empty the container or to carry out cleaning work.
Connections for loading and suction are attached B51219740 to the
container cover.
The mixing container is vacuum sealed.
For dead space-free mixing of highly viscous pastes and powdered
products. Uniform absorption of extremely high torques between mixing
tank and agitator top.
The system was used for dispersion electrolyte. The mixer was only in
operation for about 2 weeks in a test facility.
