For sale is a professional belt sanding and brushing machine of the
Hess Finish-Master type. The machine is ideal for processing surfaces
such as doors, fronts, mouldings and workpieces with profiles.
Equipped with several grinding and brushing units as well as automatic
height adjustment, the machine is suitable for continuous operation in
carpentry or industrial environments.
The machine is equipped with a pneumatic feed system (up to 8 bar) and
is powered by a powerful 15 kW motor. Control panel with individual
control of the drives, soft start and safety shutdown.
The technical condition is good for its age, the machine is ready
for operation.
Area of application: Intermediate lacquer sanding, coarse and fine
sanding, structuring surface treatment. This machine can also be used
for a production line with the Compact 23 SCM and has been used for
the last decades.
