The Drester GP24 Le Mans is a fully automated wheel washing machine,
designed for high-volume tire workshops, garages and automotive
service centers.
It uses an environmentally friendly cleaning process based on a
mixture of water and DoublePower plastic granulate, sprayed via a
mobile rinse tube.
This system allows efficient, gentle and uniform cleaning of aluminium
rims, sensitive rims and SUV wheels, while preserving the TPMS
sensors. The cycle takes place without human intervention: the
operator loads the wheel onto the industrial trolley (Rollwagen),
positions it in the machine, starts the cycle, and the GP24
automatically manages the entire process.
