Overview The brewhouse was manufactured in 2017 by the Czech company
HANSTEEL s.r.o.. With it, 5 hl can be produced. Technical details
Two-chamber brewhouse with electric heating system. Nominal volume:
500l Total volume: 550l Brewhouse is mounted on separate frame with
stainless steel stairs and platform Incl. cooler from Alfa-Laval:
cooling of 500l in 1h from 99°C to 12°C Butterfly valves on the
chimneys Agitators in both vessels with frequency converter to change
the speed Strainer bucket with level sensor for automatic water
refilling control of the brewhouse via a touch screen display
accessible from the working platform the app needed to control the
brewhouse can be installed on a portable device (e.g. tablet) and the
operation of the brewhouse can be controlled remotely There is also a
possibility to offer for sale open fermenting vats with a nominal
volume of 1000 l (total volume 1200 l).
