WEMTECH Dynamic Torch 150/300 plasma cutting machine was built in 2022
in Poland by WEMTECH CNC. The machine, designed for precision
machining of workpieces, is distinguished by the use of modern
technical solutions that guarantee excellent production performance
for many years of use. The machining process is performed on a table
with a large cutting area which is filled with water or other coolant.
The use of this solution eliminates the need to undertake any further
secondary processes, such as grinding. The work table also has
sectional exhaust extraction. The individual sections of the
extraction table are controlled by pneumatic cylinders.
The axes are driven by a stepper motor with a gear wheel mounted on a
cushioned sled. This drive effectively eliminates backlash, as well as
ensuring the achievement of high acceleration and working speed. The
plasma torch, on the other hand, has a THC voltage height adjustment
system and an anti-collision system. If a collision is detected, the
torch is automatically disconnected from the magnetic holder and the
machine operation is stopped. All this is complemented by an intuitive
CNC control in which even the most complex machining programmes are
created in just a few steps. The WEMTECH plasma cutting machine weighs
1200 kg.
