PALMARY OCD-3260 CNC grinding machine was built in 2020 by the Taiwanese company Palmary Machinery Co., Ltd. The machine, designed to grind holes and rotary surfaces with a maximum diameter of 320 mm, offers excellent machining precision and efficiency for many years of intensive operation. To achieve this, a number of state-of-the-art components are used, such as a specially constructed spindle made of high-quality steel alloys which is mounted on precision bearings. In turn, the design of the grinding wheel spindle uses special hydrostatic bearings, which achieve high operating speeds with no friction between the surfaces. This eliminates heat energy and thus the creation of deformations. The working head, driven by a powerful servomotor, rotates in a range of -30° to +90°.
