Used Gea Ahlborn VT 20 Locin flow pateuriser.
Capacity 70 hL/h, full control panel, 16 Bar, 100 C.
Lenght 330 cm, width 230 cm, weight 3000 kg.
New 1991 r.
CIP, equalizing tank.

The largest product feeding pump according to my estimation, has a capacity of 50 000 liters / h (feed 2 ½ inch and 2-inch outlet)
The pump does not have a nameplate. Its engine has an attached plate:
11-12,6 kW motor and connections that I mentioned above helped me
specify the parameters of the pump.
The pump is however stifled by giving large pressure and lower productivity. Supply systems for the beer and from there on to the pasteurizer have a diameter of DN40.

The second pump section supports pasteurization (between the heat exchanger and a heating section in a large plate heat exchanger) is pump Fristam FP 722/145 A with an engine power of 1.5 kW.
It should have a capacity of approx. 15 000 liters / I4423973 hour

There is one small pump with similar characteristics to FP 722 with a capacity of 16 m3 / h

Plate heat exchanger has a connector pipes for product DN70. However, the installation inlet and outlet for the product from the heat exchanger has a diameter of DN40.

Such flows and installation parameters match the performance of the entire system.
