The plant was built by Estonian Filter Solutions, a company highly experienced in steam boiler plant engineering and EPC contracting. The BFB steam boiler was delivered by Vapor Boilers Finland. The steam turbine was manufactured by Triveni Turbines (India), in combination with a generator and controls from ABB.
