QUASAR 50 kN is a product after the latest developments, designed and
built to highest standards of quality and equipped with most advanced
techniques.
The test programs can be created with a degree of freedom not known
otherwise for material testing machines according to own requirements
and serve the control (speed, strength, stress, deformation,
elongation Le|L0, strain LC|LV, manual movement, cyclical) of the
machine as well as the evaluation and logging of test results.
The software is a complete software for all typically obtained from
static universal testing machines tensile, pressure, bending and cycle
tests according to national and international standards. Even after
the purchase you will not come in the fix to have to buy another
software module: using the integrated 600 predefined results the
formula editor or a calculation relocated to the Excel is
pre-configured "check" no limit possible.
QUASAR-universal testing machines can be used for research &
Development, in the laboratory or in the production for a Wallace -
self control (incl. password-protection method + results). Of course
is that the results of the tests within a network can be exported
(ASCII, CSV formats among others) to automate recurring processes in
the documentation. And once a new test method must be developed if a

QUASAR part of testing machines are modular and allow the individual
equipment with all the testing tools necessary for your testing needs
and sensors. For hundreds are various clamping, various contacting or
non-contact extensometer (also: laser-speckle, video extensometers)
for any conceivable inspection available. An instant change of the
load cells can be done through the use of SMART load cells: these are
detected automatically thanks to a chip built into the plug. For all
