Complete aseptic carton filling line, previously used for the production of aseptic juice products in carton packaging. The line is centred around an Shikoku / Elopak S-PS80HA PURE-PAK aseptic carton filler, designed for 500 ml, 750 ml and 1,000 ml Gable Top Diamond Curve cartons with screw cap. The installation includes a conveyor system with integrated buffering section, as well as three cap applicators (Elopak E-PLA-S30, year 2009, serial numbers 22184, 22185 and 22186) and a cap feeding bunker (Elopak CSFS, year 2009, serial number 28119). Downstream packaging is handled by a flexible cardboard tray packer (Oystar A+F Traypacker TF, year 2011, serial number 320 606 01), suitable for pack configurations of 4×3, 4×2 and 2×3 cartons per tray.
