Staples are fixed in position and individual ones can be deactivated;

deactivated.

Cover
The cover must be folded before saddle stitching. It is fed from the
insert feeder. Optionally use Unicover.
Paper weight for A4 cover
80 – 300 g/m² for wood-free and coated papers
max. 255 g/m² for folding boxboard
A4 cover weight min. 10 g
A cover with an outward flap is not possible – it can only be
processed with the flap inward, then manually turned upward
afterwards.
Half-cover
Loaded from the insert feeder and must be folded before saddle
stitching.
Paper weight 130 – 200 g/m²
Minimum half-cover width for A4 format 110 mm
Inserts
Minimum insert weight: 10 g
24-page A4 insert (Lithoman 3) has priority over a 16-page + 8-page
combination.
12-page A4 insert (Lithoman 3) has priority over an 8-page + 4-page
combination.
Inserts of approximately equal weight have priority over inserts with
very different weights.
All 16-page inserts have priority over all 8-page inserts.
