Feli NBM-200 Nut Butter Grinder – Stainless Steel, up to 80 kg/h
Sell a powerful Feli NBM-200 (Nut Butter Grinder) made of stainless
steel for the production of nut butter, spreads and fine grinds. Ideal
for manufactory, delicatessen, confectionery, organic shop, café or
small food production.
The NBM-200 can handle about 80 kg of roasted peanut butter per hour.
In addition to peanuts, other nuts, almonds, dried fruits and even
vegetables can also be processed into puree and spreads. The puree
usually does not get warmer than 30 °C, ideal for gentle
processing.
The machine is made entirely of stainless steel, weighs approx. 32 kg
and is very easy to operate (on/off). Cleaning is straightforward and
can be done in about 15 minutes. If nuts get wedged in the funnel,
they can be brought back into flow with the enclosed wooden stick.
Important note on the application:
The ground material must be roasted. Roasted (and possibly
pre-crushed) nuts can be processed reliably. Depending on the type of
nut, the oil does not always come out completely, so that the result
is sometimes drier and post-processing may be useful for spreadable
puree. Ideally suited for fine grinding and the production of puree
from roasted ground material.
