Among the automatic Elixa stretch wrapping machines, the Elixa 35 is
the most powerful model in terms of speed (35 ppm).
Like all the machines in the range, the Elixa 35 is a compact stretch
wrapping machine designed by the Fabbri Group specifically for
particularly small workspaces and retail stores.
Elixa 35 can package any food compatible with stretch film and
technology. It uses neutral or printed films with continuous printing,
which offers more possibilities for communication and branding on the
package. It delivers the best results when combined with Fabbri Group
stretch films, but also offers excellent performance with food films
from all major manufacturers on the market, achieving an unparalleled
packaging aesthetic.
Elixa 35 also guarantees perfect packaging with any type of tray:
As for the material, shells made of expanded polystyrene, rigid,
vegetable or compostable materials can be used.
As for the shape, rectangular bowls, rounded edge bowls, high
bowls, low bowls, etc. can be used.
From a pigmentation point of view, peels of any color or even
transparent shells can be used.
In terms of size, small catering trays or even larger trays can be
used.
When packaging the product, special attention is paid to the sealing
at the bottom of the tray: the sealing tape at the outlet is designed
to seal the film optimally without overheating the tray or the
product.
