circular saw line from the premium manufacturer Esterer WD GmbH (EWD).
The system is in a condition ready for dismantling and is
characterized by its robust design, modern control technology and very
high degree of mechanization.
Due to the young year of construction (2014), the plant meets modern
safety and efficiency standards (CE-compliant) and is immediately
ready for heavy-duty continuous use in the sawmill.

2. Automated centering and feeding table: Solid roller conveyor with
integrated chain cross conveyors and mechanical alignment elements for
precise, parallel wood feeding and yield optimization before saw
cutting.
3. EWD pull-out system: Downstream longitudinal roller conveyors and
cross conveyors for automatic forwarding of the finished goods.
4. Integrated Splinter Separation: Mechanical device for automatic
separation and separation of forest edges/splinters during the pass.
5. Chip extraction: Extraction hood mounted directly above the machine
outlet including piping system for clean disposal of sawdust.
6. Complete control and electrical system: Multi-part control cabinet
wall (modern PLC control technology) including all frequency
converters, control panels and integrated safety/light barrier
technology.
