EUROMETAL HGS 6×3200 NC hydraulic guillotine shears built in 2012 are
used for precision sheet metal cutting with a maximum thickness of 6
mm. The machining process is performed by precision cutting knives
with an option to adjust the gap between the blades while the upper
cutting knife is mounted on a swing beam. This solution allows the
machining of both steel sheets and workpieces made of non-ferrous
metals. The simple design with efficient hydraulic system additionally
ensures trouble-free operation throughout the entire lifetime, while
at the same time maintaining the highest cutting quality. The EUROMET
HGS 6×3200 NC guillotine shears weigh approximately 6600 kg.
