ERMAK CNC HVR 3100 x 13 hydraulic guillotine shears built in Turkey in
2008, are designed for cutting workpieces made of among others mild
steel or stainless steel. The metal sheet with a maximum length of
3100 mm and a maximum thickness of 8 mm (plain steel) or 13 mm
(stainless steel), is held during machining by 14 hydraulic clamps.
The angle of the cutting blade can be freely adjusted in the range
from 0.5° to 2.0°.
Full control over the operation of the CNC HVR 3113 machine is
guaranteed by the control panel located on the guillotine shears body
with installed CYBELEC DNC 60 CNC controller, allowing programming of
many different machining processes. The guillotine shears is equipped
with among others new cutting blades and a foot control pedal, making
the operator’s work much more comfortable and simple. The total
