This EMCO HYPERTURN 65-1300 DUOTURN CNC Turn-Mill Center was built in the year 2018 in Austria. It is equipped with a SIEMENS Sinumerik 840D SL Control and 2 turrets including milling drive and 2 Y-axes. This highly productive CNC turning/milling center is perfect for the complete machining of turned and milled parts with 1300 m spindle distance. It has integrated spindle motors (ISM) on the main and counter spindles with a spindle speed range from 0 - 5000 min-1. This complete center features 2x 12-fold tool turret radial with directional logic for up to 2x 12 driven tool stations (swivel speed adjustable with feed switch). It comes with several extras G6149640 from MT65/HT65 BigBore77 to BMT G6149640 turret (top right) with direct drive for HT65DT/HT65TT/MT65 (the VDI30 standard turret is replaced by a BMT turret with BMT55P precision interface).
