EKOTON PRODEKO-EŁK GK-8.230.20.H filter press was built in 2018 in
Poland by PRODEKO-EŁK. The machine is used for the economic
dehydration of sludge, based on the principle of filtering solids from
the liquid. The slurry pumped in flows through chambers with filter
plates, on which the solids are retained. The sludge that accumulates
in this way forms a so-called filter cake”, which, after filling the
space of the chambers, falls out into a container or onto a conveyor.
The use of this solution significantly minimises waste disposal costs
in many industrial sectors, such as the metallurgical industry,
chemical industry and mining. The GK-8.230.20.H membrane filter press
weighs 37000 kg.
The offered PRODEKO-EŁK KMF GK-8.230.20.H chamber filter press is
fully complete and consists of the following parts:
