Dräger Carina – Mechanical Fan
The Dräger Carina is a medical device used to support breathing in
patients who cannot breathe sufficiently on their own. It is primarily
designed for non-invasive ventilation, using a mask placed over the
nose and mouth. Depending on the configuration and clinical
indication, it can also be used for invasive ventilation.
Main Parts of the Device
Display screen: Shows ventilation parameters, pressure values, and
other information about the device's operation.
Control knob and buttons: Allow medical staff to adjust settings and
operate the ventilator.
Alarm system: Alerts medical staff to certain problems, such as
disconnections or ventilation irregularities.
Breathing circuit connections: Allow the ventilator to be connected to
a mask or another compatible breathing system.
Collection and Important Notice

Collection (pick-up) must be arranged by the buyer. Functional testing
and verification are not available on-site during collection.
