Stove new lamps, rear door new gasket. Oven cleaned and tested. The in-store baking oven "MINI 8 RD" works with a moving baking atmosphere. A rotating axial fan mounted in the underside of the oven directs the air evenly to the baked goods via the heating rods. The special feature of the in-store oven "MINI 8 RD" lies in the second transparent baking chamber door at the back of the oven. This makes it possible to integrate the in-store baking oven into a sales counter and to enable the customer to directly observe the baking process via the glass back wall. The oven is also equipped with a fully electronic pictogram control system, which is particularly distinguished by its simplicity of operation.
