Fully Automated Craft Brewery 30hl/brew with Meura Mash Filter
This fully automated 30 hl craft brewery, installed in 2015–2017, is
in excellent condition and represents high-end European brewing
technology. The system is a complete, turnkey solution including all
necessary auxiliary equipment. The brewery is still installed and
fully operational.
The brewhouse has a capacity of 30 hl per brew and is capable of
producing approximately 6–8 brews per day. It features a traditional
three-vessel configuration equipped with a Meura mash filter for
efficient wort separation. The brewery has been used to produce a wide
range of both filtered and unfiltered beer styles. The cold block
includes 3 × 75 hl fermentation tanks and 2 × bright beer tanks.
Additionally, the system is equipped with advanced beer filtration
capabilities, including a GEA centrifuge (unitank-compatible),
kieselguhr filtration, and PVPP filtration. A small-capacity bottling
line is also included. All operations are controlled via Siemens
S7-1500 ( TIA Portable ) series PLC systems with 2x Siemens
Visualisation WinCC Adv + Excel and tablet, ensuring reliable and
precise automation.
