Description:	Thermo forming machines COMI RICO CCL 1900 x 900 -13T-AB used machine COMI RICO CCL 1900 x 900 -13T-AB thermoforming machine was manufactured in Italy in 1988. The thermoforming line, consisting of, among others, a heating station, a bulge photocell and a moulded parts conveyor, is designed for the fully automatic production of oversized parts using the thermoforming method. The COMI RICO CCL 1900 x 900 -13T-AB thermoforming machine is equipped with a gauge measuring the thickness of the platen in order to avoid accidentally taking two platens from the package at the same time. The platens, by means of transport grippers actuated by pneumatic cylinders, reach the individual work stations, i.e. the preheating station, consisting of two opposing panels, the plasticising preheating station and the forming unit. In the forming unit, the thermoforming process takes place, during which a BOTTINI GIANNI press with an upper and lower moving table peripherally knocks out the thermoformed workpiece with a force of 13 tonnes. The air supply is interrupted by a bulge photocell in the moulding unit, which inflates the plate to pre-stretch it. At the end of the production process, the thermoforming line moves the moulded part out of the work station. If the moulded part is defective, the machine ejects it towards the operator’s workstation. On the other hand, if the moulded part is correct, it is deposited on a conveyor belt which discharges it to the ejection area. The total weight of the machine is 29000 kg.
