Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility and ease of use of the
CR Series, the CR12A breaks through the 12 kg payload limit, opening
up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a
working radius of 1200 mm, the CR12A meets the requirements of
heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing and welding in the
automotive, appliance, logistics and metal processing industries.
User-friendly design for faster implementation
The CR12A utilizes the industry's first dual-channel end effector
design that can be connected directly to multiple end tools. It also
features a visual status indicator on the base for intuitive
recognition of the operating status.
More possibilities with high payload and large radius
The CR12A has a working radius of 1200 mm and a maximum payload of 12
kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR12A is more
stable and has 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency
braking.
24 interface ports for more flexibility
The CR12A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols
and connects seamlessly to the PLC. It features 24 digital I/O ports
with industry-leading support for PNP and NPN circuitry for easy
application expansion.
High level of protection for secure collaboration.
The robot housing and control unit achieve a high degree of protection
of IP54. In the event of overload, the robot automatically triggers an
alarm. The CR12A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic
brake protector that reduces the drop height of the end tool in the
event of a power failure.
