The AL 1065 Profi is a high-quality CNC milling machine of the proven
AL series – developed for precise applications in the professional
sector. The machine impresses with its robust design, precise
mechanics and integrated control technology. It is ideal for small
series production, prototype construction and demanding milling work
in metal, plastic or wood.

Guide & Drive System:
The drive concept is based on special rollers with double ball
bearings, which run almost without backlash on high-quality round
guides. A total of 12 rollers on the X and Y axes ensure
vibration-free driving and precise results – without typical
problems such as sliding wear or sagging.
The Z-axis is equipped with a prism guide and ensures maximum
stability and reproducibility – ideal for 2D and 3D machining.
