This CICE Careddu GOLD DPS 6/6/1C is a compact rotary triblock
bottling machine integrating 6 rinsing stations, 6 isobaric filling
valves, and 1 crown capping head for hygienic packaging of beer in
glass bottles. The system ensures controlled counterpressure filling
to with air pre-evacuation with CO2 maintaining carbonation and
minimizing oxidation during the bottling process. Filling block has
Siemens S7 PLC control system. Filling bloc has CIP system for
sterilizing equipment inside and outside with 85C hot water.
The line contains also rotating infeed table where empty bottles are
manually places, CICE Careddu Compatta labelling station for
self-adhesive labels. It has a one roll fed label station and it is
intended for the application of one label per product, typically used
for front labelling, identification labelling, or single-side
branding. Filled and labelled bottles are collected on a rotating
table, where they are manually packed for cases of carton boxes. The
labeller has Orion PLC control system.
Manufactured in 2019, this machine is intended for small and
medium-capacity breweries, including craft and microbrewery
installations requiring compact footprint and controlled filling
conditions.
